APA Survey Ltd provides an independent surveying service that is staffed by both qualified engineers and chartered building surveyors. Too often refurbishment projects are undertaken without an understanding of the underlying problems, which in turn can lead to escalating costs. Surveys of structures are undertaken to assess the nature and extent of any defects and the probable causes in order to allow the development of repair strategies. Structures surveyed can include buildings, bridges, multi-storey car parks and industrial structures. These can be constructed from concrete, brick or steel.

To ensure that the clients exact requirements are met, qualified engineers and/or chartered surveyors compile a detailed inspection proposal prior to each survey.
