Resin Injection (Leak Sealing/Waterstop)

Waterstop is the term given to the technique where advanced resin technology is used to stop and prevent further water ingress within underground and water retaining structures. Resin injection systems as a means of Waterproofing can be used to seal permanently wet or leaking cracks and construction joints, or to provide a "waterproof curtain" behind a structural envelope. These systems can often provide an identical service life to that of traditional sheet and liquid applied membranes and is an ideal method for smaller and localised areas requiring water protection, eliminating disruption and excessive costs.

APA Concrete Repairs Ltd has over 30 years combined expertise in waterstop. Using a combination of this experience and advanced resin technology, along with progressive injection techniques, we are able to resolve water ingress problems in a variety of structures and locations.

We typically undertake Waterstop Resin Injections in:

  • Underground Carparks & Decks
  • Leaking Tunnels
  • Sewerage Systems
  • Facades
  • Concrete Floors
  • Basements
  • Construction Joints
  • Shafts
  • Wall/Floor Junctions
